Carnival Cruise Line is implementing new regulations for minor travelers, effective February 1, 2025. Under this policy:

- 14 and under: Must stay in the same cabin or one with a direct connecting door to a guardian
- 15 to 17: Can be up to three staterooms away from supervising adults
- 18 to 20: Can stay anywhere on the ship, with bookings linked to a responsible adult
Carnival has implemented measures to prevent cabin swapping and circumvention of drink package protocols. Additionally, there are location-specific restrictions, such as a minimum age of 12 for Havana or Terrazza rooms.
